I am a decently skilled web programmer and I am looking for an alternative to webmonkey.com which looks as if it hasn't been updated in years. I would like to find a place that has snippets of code, tutorials and how-to's on all the latest and greatest technologies out there.

The magazine has a whole section dedicated to resources. Well worth a look.
