Anyone know of a good cheap film developer?

I live in Vancouver and have 1200+ digital prints and about 30 rolls of 35mm film to be developed/printed. Does anyone of a place that will barter so I do not have to pay 25 cents per print? Either on line or a Mom and Pop place. The Big Box Stores will not barter at all.

Anyone know of a good cheap film developer?
I've found Costco to be the best of the cheap developers -- assuming it's color print film, not slides or B/W. Their price for a 4X6 print is about 17 cents. You might also try Walgreen's.com
Reply:Sorry to say, most of the stores that would give discounts are gone. The only one I could suggest is Wolfes Camera, a local store. They are family run, and have been around for over 80 years. You might give them a try, since they are very lenient. Here is there photofinishing website: http://www.wolfes.com/services/index.htm...
Reply:http://www.mysticphoto.com is highly rated by Consumer Reports. They're cheap. Check them on the web.
Reply:Walgreens now as a coupon for 10 cent prints my sister just sent in an order for 1000 prints. They called her back and were like you photos aren't going to be done in an hour.....or two days. So it will take a while to get that many printed
