I believe if u have the will u can do it.

Web developement require 2 type of distinguish field

Good in graphics, able to draw nice graphics. Tools : Corel Draw or Illustrator will be a good start.

#2 Programming

I like web programming. I learn all the tips and tricks from ground up. Thanks to microsoft. try this http://www.msdn.com

You can download some video from this site. You dun need to buy expensive books to learn. I prefer video tutorial

surf more about programming. I will recomend you to start with MSDN.

ASP.NET is a good platform and Visual Basic is easy to learn programming language.

To get a hand of it dowload Visual Studio Express from MSDN ( should be free)

Good Luck Sir !
Reply:Don't let age be a factor. I'm 53 years old and started learning web design on my own 3 years ago. I now work for myself and make money at it. I didn't take any classes. Everything you need to know is on the internet as long as you know what to search for and how.

I started learning just one aspect of it. I was interested in how those animated Flash files are created, so I set out to learn. I found some cool software that lets you use their trial software for 15 days. I tried it out, found it to be really easy to use, and then bought it. Since then, I've been making money mostly building Flash websites. In case you are interested, here is the software website that I use a lot:

Good luck!

Reply:You can, although there are a lot of developers out there already. Make sure you do a lot of learning, as the fancier you can make a website, the more customers will want your services.
