I'm dying my hair from light brown to like golden blonde. the package says to use 30 or 40% developer and all i have is 20%. what is the difference between developers and will the 20% work the same way as the others?
Need hair advice involving dye and developer?
it will take longer and prob wont work aswell!!!
Reply:20 volume lifts two levels 30 lifts three and 40 lifts four. it could lift to where you want but prob not.
Reply:Idk if it would work or not but be careful dyeing it lighter with not enough because i used one bottle and i have really long hair and it didnt work that well and was a weird blonde/orange color but my aunt fixxed it but be careful :]
