How would you find a web designer or developer for your next big web project?
Either find a local company (preferably with recommendations from people I knew) or post my requirements on www.rentcoder.com.
Of course this is hypothetical since I am a web prgrammer...
Reply:Me? Personally? I'd wander round my office asking people I thought might be interested.
If I didn't work in an office with 30 or so web developers? First stop would be yellow pages followed by careful checking of portfolios.
