Im studying architecture - as opposed to working as an architect, why dont i be a property developer/architect
its a lot to take on but if you think you're ready for it then just go for it, theres no harm in doing that little bit extra and then you have your architect qualification to fall back on if anything goes wrong.
Its really up too you wether you think you can handle such a large work load, if you can though, go for it, great idea!
