Im mixing powder bleach with 40 vol developer (exactly what my hair dresser uses) but how much do i mix whats the ratio from bleach to developer?

awww every bleah powder is different put one scoop of bleach in a bowl then mix about 35 mls of 40 vol if its too runny add more powder and if its too stodgy add more peroxide you dont want it being too runny or too stodge but after a few minutes bleach stodges up anyway hope i helped x
