right now i am not certain. however, you need to do some market research such as: best cities to live in, best states to live in, best prices for homes, look at current real estate situations, where is the biggest growth going on? you can achieve this simple online. once you do this, analyze which direction the city had been growing for the last 5 years...buy land on the outskirts of this growth area, you will do well there.
