research yourself? hire the contractors? architects? and tracking down the attractive real estate invesment properties yourself. At that point, if they do all this why don't I just take out a loan and hire this company to do all the work themselves?
What do real estate assessment consultants do? I mean if you are a developer why don't you preform the market
I'm not sure where you are from, but here in Illinois a Real Estate "ASSESSMENT" consultant, is not a developer.
They actually research and try to REDUCE your Assessment on your property real estate which in turn would reduce your property real estate taxes.
I guess this term means something different in each state, but a consultant is someone who is not an attorney, trying to reduce your real estate taxes for a fee.
