I am was asked to apply a "permament" color to someones hair & but can't remember if I use developer????

Am I supposed to use a developer or Hydrogen proxide?

uhhh...yeah you use a developer. why on earth would you use hydrogen peroxide????????? i'm a hairstylist and i can't think of a single circumstance where straight hydrogen peroxide should be used. if you're a student or a stylist you may want to go over your books and refresh your knowledge.
