Why is it so hard to find a developer that employees people on the quality of their artwork, and not on the fact that you know someone who works there. It would be nice to work for a company that treats their employees well and promotes staff for their knowledge, not because they're a yes-man. Oh, long term security would advantagous, the shortest job i had was 3 weeks before the company closed. The joys of being an environment/3D artist!!
