The developer in question offered condos with a two year 1000 per month cash incentive. They've now dropped the cash incentive and lowered the unit price to 132k. Is there nothing I can do?

No. Property values have fallen. How is it the developers fault that you bought early?
Reply:walk away and lose your deposit. Might get sued byt the developer, but you might be able to fight that.
