My condo assoc. will be suing our developer over issues in our bldg does anyone have helpful websites/advice?

We already have a well exprienced attorney. I am just looking for any additional information or advice from those who have gone through this before. This may be the first of many against this developer as there are other buildings with similar issues (in the same neighborhood). We have tried to settle on an amount for repairs but as you may have guessed the developer is playing hardball.

Since I do not know what the issues are or what state you reside in it is diffucult to say--call the state contractors board and they can help
Reply:We went through this process although it never got to court. We hired an professional engineering firm with condominium inspection experience and presented the builder with a fifty or so page report and about 700 photographs. He was overwhelmed and we reached an amicable settlement. The report ended any argument about what fact were true. The developer, who was quite experienced in condominium development, did commend our effort. It cost a few bucks and a lot of our time, but the final settlement was well worth it.
Reply:no web site advice but you minght want to find a home first.
